5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products in their original condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs.
If a paid order is cancelled, the refunded amount will be returned to the account provided at the time of purchase. sitraders is not responsible for the exact time required for the transfer, as it depends solely on the processing time of the bank.
For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the original payment account within 24-48 business hours after we receive the returned products. However, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all contents intact, as it was shipped.
A partial return is allowed if multiple items were ordered. However, all components of the returned product must be intact, and the product must be unused and unaltered.
In the case of a return or refund, the refund will be processed only after the returned products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
Items not eligible for return include:

• Products damaged due to misuse or overuse.
• Products returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, and attachments, or if the original packaging is damaged.
• Products with a tampered serial number.
• Defective products not covered under the company’s or manufacturer’s warranty.
• Products that have been used or altered.
• Return requests initiated after 10 business days from order delivery.
• Free products, which are not eligible for returns.
